Randeep Purewall

Randeep is an immigration, business and litigation lawyer. He practices business and economic immigration, with a focus on the following areas:

Permanent Residence:

  • BC PNP (Skilled Worker Immigration);
  • BC PNP (Entrepreneur Immigration);
  • Federal Skilled Work Program;
  • Canadian Experience Class.

Temporary Residence:

  • Temporary Foreign Worker Program (Work Permits);

  • Business Visitors.

Randeep also advises his clients on business transactions including buying and selling businesses and setting up companies. He has extensive practice experience in civil litigation and has appeared before the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia. He currently advises his clients on contract and commercial law and creditor’s remedies.

Called to the British Columbia Bar in 2007, Randeep graduated with his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Alberta (2006). He is active in the community, having volunteered with Access Pro Bono, the Immigrant Services Society and People’s Law School. He is also a member of the Surrey Board of Trade and of the Indian Business Network of BC.

Born in England, Randeep has lived and travelled to London, New Delhi and Beijing. He works extensively with the local Indian and Chinese communities and speaks Punjabi, Hindi and Mandarin Chinese.
