Shivani was called to the bar of British Columbia in 2016. She obtained her Bachelor’s in law from Punjab University, Chandigarh (India) in 2002 and was called to the Bar of Punjab and Haryana in the same year. After gaining considerable experience in the Legal Process Outsourcing industry in India, she went on to pursue her Master’s in international commercial law from Kingston University London, which she earned in 2008. She came back to India and gained more experience in outsourcing and arbitration law before she moved to Canada in 2011.
Shivani advises corporate and individual clients on all kinds of Canadian Citizenship and immigration issues. Her practice includes, but is not limited to, helping clients obtain Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIA’s) for low wage and high wage positions, work permits, student permits and helping client’s transition from temporary to permanent residence under various immigration streams. She also assists clients with family-based sponsorship applications.
