Lorenzo is a corporate and commercial associate. He assists corporate and individual clients on a variety of matters, including business entity formations, asset and share acquisitions and dispositions, corporate reorganizations, general corporate governance and financings. He also has experience drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial agreements, including partnership, shareholder, service, marketing, and supply and distribution agreements.
Lorenzo has worked on transactions spanning multiple industries, including software, real estate, construction and mining. He has worked closely with large and small businesses across B.C. and has strong regional knowledge. Before joining Remedios, Lorenzo practiced commercial law at one of B.C.’s largest full-service firms.
