Grace is an articled student at Remedios & Company in the Downtown Vancouver office. She assists the firm across a broad range of practice areas, including corporate and commercial law, wills and estates, estate planning, and commercial real estate.
Grace completed her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature at the University of British Columbia and obtained her Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC.
During her studies, Grace’s academic achievements were recognized across numerous scholarships and awards, most recently the UBC Marlee Kline JD Student Essay Prize, awarded to 1 out of 550 Juris Doctor students at the Peter A. Allard School of Law.
Grace has worked on numerous transactions involving complex commercial agreements, corporate governance matters, company structuring, and regulatory compliance. She assists the firm’s commercial team in advising clients on business matters. Grace also works closely with the estates team, assisting with probate applications, inheritance structuring, wills, and estate planning.
Grace is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English. She has also travelled as part of trade delegations on complex mergers and acquisitions.
