Dr. Samin Mortazavi is an External Counsel to Remedios & Company and the founder of a North Vancouver-based law firm specializing in immigration, administrative, and family law. He holds dual degrees in Law and Business Administration from Warsaw Management University, blending legal expertise with strategic business insight. Fluent in English and Farsi, Dr. Samin serves a diverse client base, including the Iranian-Canadian community, and brings over twenty years of education and experience in law, real estate, and finance from institutions such as Thompson Rivers University, University of Augsburg, Bucerius Law School, and the University of British Columbia.
Dr. Mortazavi is recognized for his meticulous preparation, strategic advocacy, and results-driven approach. He has successfully represented clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, the Federal Court, and other judicial and administrative bodies, helping them navigate some of the most complex immigration and refugee matters.
