Urvi Sardesai is an Associate Lawyer at Remedios & Company in Vancouver, where she also completed her articling. Her practice focuses on litigation, probate and estate matters, immigration, and a broad range of other practice areas.
Urvi obtained her Master of Laws (Common Law) from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia, following a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Queen Mary University of London and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of British Columbia.
During her legal studies, Urvi gained practical experience through her work with legal advice centers at both Queen Mary and UBC. She also volunteered with an outreach program educating school-aged children about the Equality Act (UK). Prior to returning to Canada, she worked as a paralegal in the United Kingdom, where she developed valuable experience in various areas of law and client file management.
Outside her legal practice, Urvi enjoys creative pursuits such as painting, crochet, and woodworking, and loves spending time with her pets.
