Serf Grewal was called to the B.C. bar in 2005. He has a general litigation practice that focuses on tort and corporate commercial and real estate disputes. He has argued cases at all levels of court in British Columbia. And, he is increasingly representing clients as an appellate lawyer.
Serf Grewal’s work cuts across many practice areas and he has represented clients in a wide range of legal problems and business issues. But his focus is on representing corporations, partnerships, and insurance companies. In these areas, he strives to reach practical and workable solutions for his clients so that their litigation problems do not become unnecessarily business or partnership problems.
